The Center for International Legal Cooperation (CILC), an international organization, partnered with our team to deliver Arabic-English interpretation services for a high-level international conference. The project demonstrates how targeted language support and professional event infrastructure can ensure clear communication across diverse audiences.
CILC organized a major international conference that brought together Arabic-speaking delegates from the Middle East and international speakers presenting in English. The event was designed to foster dialogue and collaboration, but required a specialized solution to bridge the language gap and enable all participants to fully engage with the content.
In addition to interpretation, the event featured a hybrid format, with both in-person and remote attendees—requiring a robust technical setup to ensure inclusive, real-time access.
Our experienced conference interpreters delivered real-time interpretation between Arabic and English, allowing participants to follow discussions without interruption. Working from soundproof, ISO-compliant booths, our interpreters ensured that tone, context, and technical terms were accurately conveyed throughout the sessions.
This approach helped maintain the natural rhythm of presentations and panel discussions while eliminating language barriers for attendees.
