How is the price of a translation calculated?
The price of each translation project depends on many factors, including the type of document translation (website, personal correspondence, legal manual, medical document), the length of the text to be translated, whether or not certification is required, how many translations are required and which languages you need your project translated into or from.
Because each project is unique, the easiest way to determine the cost of your translation project is to fill out our free quote request form and allow one of our customer service representatives to go over your project, make an estimate and get back to you personally!
How do I get my project translated?
Our work process can be detailed in simple steps:
- Send your email requesting a free quote on email@example.com (please attach your document) or,
- Fill out our free quote request form and upload your documents.
- Receive a project estimate by email
- Send payment (Corporate Orders inside Bahrain are exempted).
- Track your project online or by sending your email again.
- Download the translations and your sales receipt.
- It couldn't get any simpler!
How do I send you my documents for translation?
Hard copies of documents may be mailed to us or dropped off in person at our Manama offices.
We also accept a number of digital file formats which can be sent electronically via email or through our free quote request form.
What types of files can I send?
Our server accepts files in .doc, .docx, .pdf, .rar, jpg, .txt, .wpd, or .zip formats.
How long will my translation take?
As previously noted, each project is unique, and because of a number of factors there is no way to accurately generalize the length of time that translations will require.
However, the simplest way to determine the amount of time required to complete your translation project is to fill our free quote request form and allow one of our customer service representatives to go over your project, make an estimate and get back to you personally!
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently, SHAMIL TRANSLATION accepts payment through cash, credit card, business checks, wire transfers, for most projects.
Do you offer certified translation?
SHAMIL TRANSLATION offers comprehensive service for translation and certification of various documents such as agreements, power of attorneys, birth certificates, passports, academic certificates, marriage certificates, divorce decrees and so on.
Not all documents are required to be certified. This list consists of mostly of personal documents such as all sorts of certificates, school and college diplomas and transcripts and all sorts of legal documentation that belong to individuals, not organization. These certified translations are usually requested by government agencies (e.g., Notary office Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Embassies, etc) and universities. Our Translation Centre complies with the current Bahrain rules and is eligible to offer document translation and certification services. There are regular and urgent delivery times available. At client's request, each translation is shipped by either Aramex or Memo-Express.

SHAMIL TRANSLATION understands the importance of confidentiality in regards to your project, and will uphold the highest professional and ethical standards to make sure the content of your project remains private.

Do you offer free translations?
We are happy to receive your requests to translate small jobs for sake of charity purposes, university consulting, and small business projects. Please send your request on our email firstname.lastname@example.org indicate the word "FREE TRANSLATION" in the subject of your email message. Our Rep will look at your requests and do the needful.
